“Aha!” – the moment when the light bulb goes on in her students’ heads and they finally understand –  that’s the moment Mrs. Michelle Convirs lives for and why she became a teacher in the first place. Working in Early Childhood and Elementary classrooms across three different states, Mrs. Convirs has had the joy of helping her students love to learn for more than a decade, and that “Aha moment” never gets old.

Mrs. Convirs graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She also has degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration and Ethics as well. Mrs. Convirs is especially excited to join the CSA team so that she can educate students academically and spiritually. “First grade is such a fun age,” she said. “We get to explore the world around us while laying a spiritual and educational foundation that empowers students to be the best that they can be. I love knowing I get to play a key role in the children’s lives that will help shape them for their futures.”
